Karl E. Yard, 71, of LaHarpe, Illinois, passed away at 4:03 a.m. Sunday, March 9, 2025, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.Banks & Beals Funeral Home of LaHarpe is assisting the family. Masonic Rites will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, March 13, in the LaHarpe Union Church. Following Masonic Rites, the family will receive friends from 4 until 7 p.m. Thursday at the church.The funeral service for Karl will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 14, at the Union Church with the Rev. Rick Goettsche officiating. Burial will follow in LaHarpe Cemetery.
