Delbert Warren Custer, 86, of Hamilton, Ill., died February 25, 2025, at River Hills Village in Keokuk. Graveside service will be February 27, at 10 a.m., in the Oakland Cemetery in Keokuk. There will be no visitation. The Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, Iowa, is handling the arrangements.
