Willard Franklin Rampley, 86, of Basco, Ill., died June 20, 2024, in his home. Service will be June 24, at 11 a.m. at Printy Funeral Home in Hamilton. Burial to follow at South Cemetery near Basco. Visitation will be June 24, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
